Profielen voor overgang en afwerking
Profielen zijn onmisbaar wanneer je een vloer netjes wilt laten aansluiten op een andere ruimte, deurpost of vloerbedekking. Ze zorgen voor een veilige en verzorgde overgang en voorkomen dat randen zichtbaar of kwetsbaar blijven. Vooral bij laminaat en PVC zorgen profielen voor een strak eindresultaat.
Er zijn verschillende soorten profielen, zoals overgangsprofielen, eindprofielen, dilatatieprofielen en hoekprofielen. Een overgangsprofiel gebruik je bijvoorbeeld tussen twee ruimtes. Een eindprofiel werkt de vloer netjes af bij een deur, wand of schuifpui. Een dilatatieprofiel is handig wanneer een vloer ruimte nodig heeft om te werken.
De juiste keuze hangt af van de vloer, het hoogteverschil en de kleur van de afwerking. Kies je voor een profiel in dezelfde tint als de vloer, dan valt de overgang minder op. Wil je juist een modern accent, dan kan een aluminium, zwarte of RVS-look profiel goed passen. Zo combineer je functionaliteit met een nette uitstraling.
